The NVIC is open for the public from Sunday through Thursday from 9 am till 2 pm.

The opening hours of the library are on Sunday, Monday and Wednesday from 9 am till 7 pm, on Tuesday and Thursday from 9 am till 2 pm and on Friday from 10 am till 3 pm.
