New members in NVIC's advisory council

NVIC's scientific advisory council consists of representatives of each of the participating universities in the Netherlands and Flanders. It advises the director in all scholarly matters.

Recently, the University of Groningen appointed a new member to the council, upon the retirement of prof. Fred Leemhuis. Dr. Johan Weststeijn will take his place.

Following the retirement of prof. Manfred Woidich, the University of Amsterdam has elected dr. Liesbeth Zack to be council member. Liesbeth has worked many years at NVIC and we look forward to her continuing involvement with the institute.
